Osteoarthritis left thumbs 3 years ago

I had osteoarthritis in my thumbs for about 2 years, when a woman prayed with me and "asked me if there was anyone I felt unforgiveness towards. Immediately I thought of a particular person. She asked me if I would like to forgive her and I immediately wanted to do that as the holy spirit greatly convicted me of the wrong attitude and I didn’t want anything to stand between me and god. By the end of my heartfelt prayer my hands had stopped hurting and I had full movement in both of the joints in my thumbs.

"I was interested to see how my hands would feel the next holiday I worked. As a floral designer I had been unable to even wrap stem-wrap around a wire. Arthritis is death in the floral industry. I worked three days straight with only a few breaks for coffee and my hands were like they were before I ever had arthritis! There is only a slight swelling or small bump on my left hand that never went away but it is not painful in any way nor does it affect any mobility in that hand. That was three years ago and I am still healed.

"I always think God left the ever so small bump there to remind me of the wonderful thing that happened [* * *], that he cares about the smallest details in my life and loved me enough that he didn’t want me to walk around with the unforgiveness or the pain. Wow!! What a loving father we have."
