What is it?
Harp & Bowl is the marriage of worship and intercession. The worship breathes on the prayers and the prayers fuel the worship. The term harp & bowl comes from Revelations 5:8 Now when He had take the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls, which are the prayers of the saints. Harp & Bowl is not a time where we prophecy or preach. We simply pray and worship the Father. We pray from the scriptures. We echo the prayers in song.In our times of harp & bowl we often pray into the things that are happening in our world and our nation. We contend for the words that are spoken both over our local community of faith and the great church as well. We lift up our leaders and the emerging leaders from the younger generations. We desire to see the fullness of the kingdom of God made manifest in our midst, and we take the opportunity in harp & bowl to contend to see it happen.
We currently meet every Friday from 7:30pm to 9pm in our main auditorium. Please join us as we contend for heaven to touch earth each week.
